DOA Chick Fights: Kula Vs. Lei Fang

Lei Fang was just practicing Tai Chi at the beach.  Naturally, she would want to wear a swimsuit while doing it for some reason.  People watch her.  Whether they are watching her moves or her body, it doesn't matter to her.  All she cares about is spreading the ways of Tai Chi around the world.

Suddenly, one by one, all of her spectators get encase in ice.  What could possibly be happening?  She looks around and sees her.  A girl in a bodysuit, freezing people and cackling with delight.  She also notices those who aren't wearing swimsuits are spared.  Does this mean Lei Fang herself is next?  She doesn't intend to find out.  Enjoy the fight.
