DOA Chick Fights: Helena Vs. Phase 4

When bad fashion rears its ugly head, the Fashion Police are on the job.  FP HQ receives a report of truly bad fashion in the downtown, so they send Officer Helena to check it out.  It doesn't take long for her the spot the perp.  Phase 4 is walking around in tatters and shackles, like some kind of runaway clone.  This cannot stand.  It was time for her to trade fist with the stylish arm of the law in a DOA chick fight.  Enjoy it.
