Kasumi has joined the Sexy Police Department in this DOA chick fight.  She's just walking the beat when she comes across Phase 4, also wearing a Sexy Police Department uniform.  Kasumi knows she's not an SPD officer, though.  She decides to arrest her for impersonating an officer...and possibly identity theft.  Enjoy the fight.
