Tina is a heck of a woman.  Fit, busty, attractive, etc.  In this DOA chick fight, another thing we can say is that said wears her heart on her non-existent sleeve.  Wearing not just one, but two star-spangled bikinis, she makes it known that she's proud to be an American, where at least she knows she's free.  Enjoy it.
