DOA Chick Fights: NiCO Vs. Phase 4

The secrets of big-breasted ninja girls continued to elude NiCO.  They kept feeding her bullshit and her scouter wasn't picking up anything, no matter how much she tuned it.  She was starting to wonder in the thing even worked.  She such the thought.  Of course it worked.  After all, she built it.  She just needed to keep trying.

Her next opportunity came when she saw Phase 4 walking down the street, humming a heavenly tune.  NiCO would not ask question, because the answers would always suck.  She asked Phase 4 for a DOA chick fight, hoping her scouter would pick up anything.  Enjoy it.
